This programming about describe city resource. Population will be rise when you add value. For example: Population and Food will be rise when you add Farmer.
Sample output:
Choice 1 will add Population 1000, Food -1 and Productivity -1.
Choice 5 will show Bye! And leave the game.
Choice more than 5 will wrong and leave.
